Description
Plein Air painting at the Franklin Park lake, during a 2020 pandemic should look more dangerous. It was totally calm and blissful. That dark versus light is always there. We truly need to go to our faith to stay alive, and get outside. We need the light for so much hope and resistance to the evil that surrounds us. This was a difficult painting for the awareness of so much detail was overwhelming me. I lost myself in the free expression of the brush stroke. I will miss returning to it. I was intrigued.
