I joined a group of Saturday portrait artists who go to senior living facilities to enjoy portraits while agreeing to gift the models a painting if they choose. Seniors live in these homes, enjoy this experience, and agree to be paid by receiving a painting, if they choose, in exchange for sitting for us. So many artists love to do this and it makes them very happy to see the seniors smile as they have something they can share with their family members. We don't charge, and nor do the models. It's a win-win for everyone!
