Description
Awakening to the morning on the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, I see the fading of the mountains into the light of the sun, as it lifts into the gray blue colors that cross the sky. Pine tree branches bend and flow in the light breeze and the stones rest stoically. It's just another morning for some, but I feel inspired by the the painting process and can't wait to let my feelings show. The dark secret places inside those pine trees, are filled with activity of birds, squirrels and other creatures. I could paint this forever.
